Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Elizabethtown

I came in previously and had a haircut from the manager who gave an extremely poor haircut and even worse customer service, however I decided to give this location one more chance and landed in Ashley’s chair. She happened to be extremely professional took her time and made sure I got the haircut I came in for and that I was happy with it before I left, as well as engaged in conversation throughout the experience. Im glad I gave this store a second chance because the first experience with this location almost made me right off going back to any sports clips store. I want to give a 5 star review for what I got tonight but I want this review to get the attention it deserves so I’ll leave it as a one star so hopefully someone can see it and make some changes to make sure no one has as poor an experience as my first experience with this location.

I haven't shaved or gotten a hair cut in months. Today I came and asked for both and made a small statement about attending a funeral the next day. I feel that Lynn went the extra mile to make sure I looked good, she patiently trimmed every detail around my goatee and gave me a cut that looks great. After a long week of funeral planning the shampoo, neck and shoulder massage was exactly what the doctor ordered, very relaxing. Thank you Lynn, much appreciated.
